\nThe purpose of this policy is to set out the expectations, responsibilities and standards of conduct for all Talgo employees. It is designed to ensure a safe, respectful and productive working environment.<\/p>\n

Scope<\/strong>
\nThis policy applies to all Talgo employees, including full-time, part-time, contract and intern employees.<\/p>\n

Standards of conduct<\/h3>\n

Punctuality and attendance:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Employees are expected to arrive on time and to respect established working hours.<\/li>\n
  2. Any absence must be reported in advance to a direct supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Safety in the workplace:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Follow all safety instructions and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).<\/li>\n
    2. Immediately report any incident or dangerous working condition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Respect and behaviour:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Treat all colleagues, customers and visitors with respect and courtesy.<\/li>\n
      2. Any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Confidentiality and data protection:<\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. Respect the confidentiality of company and customer information.<\/li>\n
        2. Follow IT security protocols to protect sensitive data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Use of company resources:<\/h4>\n
            \n
          1. Use company equipment and resources responsibly and for business purposes only.<\/li>\n
          2. Report any equipment faults or maintenance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Professional appearance:<\/h4>\n
              \n
            1. Respect the company dress code, which must reflect a professional image.<\/li>\n
            2. Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Employee responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
                \n
              1. Compliance<\/strong>: Employees must comply with all company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
              2. Communication<\/strong>: Encourage open and honest communication with superiors and colleagues.<\/li>\n
              3. Training<\/strong>: Attend training sessions and mandatory meetings organised by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Employer’s responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

                1. Training and development<\/strong>: Provide ongoing training opportunities for employees’ professional development.<\/li>\n
                2. Safety and well-being<\/strong>: Ensuring a safe working environment and supporting employee well-being.<\/li>\n
                3. Equity<\/strong>: Treat all employees fairly and with respect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Disciplinary measures<\/strong>
                  \nAny breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, ranging from a verbal warning to dismissal, depending on the seriousness of the offence.<\/p>\n

                  Revision of the Policy<\/strong>
                  \nThis policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. Employees will be informed of any changes made.<\/p>\n
