Your Mission as an Account Manager and Commercial Damage Insurance Broker
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in commercial insurance, capable of working closely with our team of brokers, clients, and partners. Your role will be essential in ensuring superior service and optimizing the management of client portfolios. If you are an autonomous, resourceful, efficient, and curious individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities, this role is made for you!
You will be responsible for:
- Technical service: insurance certificates, endorsements, mid-term modifications, policy review, etc.
- Comparative analysis of insurance policies and quotes.
- Management of routine requests: policy renewals, information collection, presentations to insurers, risk placement, and follow-up on renewals with clients.
- Communication with insurers: sending insurance proposals, endorsements, etc.
- Other related tasks: various duties related to the company’s commercial client service in support of the account manager.
The ideal candidate must:
- Hold a commercial damage insurance brokerage license from the AMF.
- Have a college diploma.
- Have over 10 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial damage insurance products.
- Desire to participate in the company’s strategic discussions: identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, improving processes, etc.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
- Have excellent proficiency in French and English (written, spoken, and reading).
- Master technological tools, especially the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
