We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading company in the insurance sector. We are looking for a Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker to join a dynamic team dedicated to customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on insurance products best suited to their specific needs;
- Analyze and assess risks to recommend the best available insurance solutions;
- Manage policy renewals and develop new business opportunities;
- Ensure efficient management of claims and policy modifications;
- Contribute to administrative and support tasks within the department.
Desired Profile:
- Holder of a Personal Lines Damage Insurance accreditation issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers;
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the personal lines damage insurance field;
- Knowledge of major insurer portals and proficiency in Applied Rating Services, Applied EPIC, and Microsoft Office tools;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required;
