Commercial Insurance Broker - Producer in Quebec City
Our client (a growing commercial insurance firm) is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker – Producer to join a team where enjoyment, respect, collaboration, transparent communication, and simplicity are valued. Your mission? To develop and solicit commercial clients while providing high-quality customer service. You will identify clients’ needs and offer them the most suitable coverage options.
Here’s what you will do:
- Customer Service First: Ensure impeccable follow-up on new business, modifications, and renewals. Listen to our clients’ needs to protect their assets.
- Informed Advice: Inform and advise our clients on insurance products from various companies. You are our expert!
- Win-Win Negotiations: Collaborate with our account manager to negotiate with clients and insurers.
- Strategy and Development: Plan and organize your development with your manager. Generating referrals and soliciting new prospects is your daily routine.
- Ambassador: Represent our firm at events and activities while developing your client base.
- Smart Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with insurers and business partners. Collaboration is key!

The ideal candidate must:
- Hold a commercial insurance broker license and be in good standing with the AMF;
- Have experience in business development;
- Have experience working in a brokerage firm;

- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
