Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Our client (a rapidly growing commercial insurance firm) is looking for a Corporate Insurance Account Manager to join a team where fun, respect, collaboration, transparent communication, and simplicity are at the forefront.
Your mission as a Corporate Insurance Account Manager will be to:
- Process requests from policyholders;
- Provide customer service and follow up on transactions as necessary;
- Conduct risk and coverage analysis in collaboration with the corporate insurance broker-producer; Advise clients;
- Communicate and represent clients’ needs to insurers;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and established procedures;
- Get involved in business development objectives;
- Work closely with the broker-producer;
- Substitute for the broker-producer as needed based on situations;
- Assist the corporate insurance team with any other role that may be assigned.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate insurance;
- Hold a corporate insurance broker’s license issued by the AMF or be in the process of obtaining one;
- Have strong analytical and underwriting skills;
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a strong ability to persuade;
- Customer service and business development-oriented;
- Be agile and able to manage priorities;
- Show initiative and the ability to make decisions;
- Proficient in various software applications (Epic, insurer systems, etc.).
