We are looking for a dynamic and motivated real estate broker to join our team of experts, based in Pointe-Claire. Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a solid client base
- Promote and market real estate properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate offers in the best interest of our clients
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends and industry developments
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the buying and selling process
- Ensure transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in Quebec
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating into a team
- Proven ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients
- Proficiency with real estate technology and marketing tools
