We are looking for a Regional Property Manager

Salary: Between $65,000 and $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of multiple properties within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Work closely with the Director of Real Estate Asset Management on long-term projects aimed at improving property value.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
- Oversee and support property managers in the management of residential, commercial, or cooperative properties.
- Manage leasing activities, including the negotiation and signing of new leases and renewals.
- Supervise regional advertising strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Monitor monthly financial variances and report on them.
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks related to property management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and implement emergency protocols.
- Recruit, train, and manage property management staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, including at least 2 to 3 years in a multi-site management role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and landlord-tenant laws.
- Proven experience in achieving financial goals and improving tenant satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French.
