Business Insurance Advisor

Our client (a firm specializing in business and personal damage insurance across Quebec) is seeking a Business Insurance Advisor to join its damage insurance team. They are looking for someone eager to learn and explore a new career. The client is not just seeking talent but also an exceptional attitude. Overview of Challenges within Our Team:

  • Collaborating with our telemarketing agent to prospect and develop a targeted client base;
  • Assuming the role of advisor to clients and contributing to optimizing client retention;
  • Placing new business while respecting departmental goals;
  • Handling data entry and preparing documents such as proposals for insurers and update questionnaires;
  • Representing the client as a liaison with various company services;
  • Identifying and referring business opportunities in the field of personal insurance;
  • Managing the collection of accounts receivable;
  • Receiving new claims and forwarding them to insurers;
  • Actively participating in sales meetings;
  • Working closely with the entire team;
  • Performing any other tasks related to your skills or as requested by your supervisor.
