Our client (a firm specializing in business and personal damage insurance across Quebec) is seeking a Business Insurance Advisor to join its damage insurance team. Overview of Challenges within Our Team:
- Collaborating with our telemarketing agent to prospect and develop a targeted client base;
- Assuming the role of advisor to clients and contributing to optimizing client retention;
- Placing new business while respecting departmental goals;
- Handling data entry and preparing documents such as proposals for insurers and update questionnaires;
- Representing the client as a liaison with various company services;
- Identifying and referring business opportunities in the field of personal insurance;
- Managing the collection of accounts receivable;
- Receiving new claims and forwarding them to insurers;
- Actively participating in sales meetings;
- Working closely with the entire team;
- Performing any other tasks related to your skills or as requested by your supervisor.
